Viewing document information (metadata)

Information that describes a document or file is called metadata.

1. Click the document title in eFOTG to select it.

2. Click the Information button.

The document information form for the highlighted document is displayed.  It may contain any or all of the following:

• Title

• Authors

• Abstract

• Revision Date

• Contact Name

• Contact e-mail

• Keywords

• Subject

• Applicable Counties

• URL

• File Size

3. Click Close when finished reading the metadata.
