To Look Up Practice Average Costs

1. Log in to Practice Average Costs.
   
   
    

2. Select a State from the drop-down list.

3. Click Go.
   
   
    

4. Click Export to generate an Excel version.

5. Click Save to save the file to your local drive.

6. The application automatically assigns the name RenderExcel.xls, if you do not rename it.

   • Rename each export to avoid overwriting when performing multiple downloads.

   • Downloaded data does not contain report-type headers.  Provide a meaningful name to distinguish between download contents and dates, such as CO_PAC_as of_02272007.xls) can help you determine
